BYLAWS OF

WISE, Columbia, Inc.

A Missouri Nonprofit Corporation

ARTICLE ONE - NAME AND PURPOSE

Name: 1.01. The name of this Corporation is WISE, Columbia, Inc. (the "Corporation").

Purpose: 1.02. The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The specific purposes for which this Corporation is organized are:

  1. To highlight the importance of Spiritual Education for Self-Realization that empowers and harmonizes one’s thoughts, words, and actions towards the higher purpose of humanity.
  2. Redefining success with mindful and purposeful community goals and achievements.
  3. To establish a system for spiritual education that transforms the service attitude with values of love and gratitude.

ARTICLE TWO - MEMBERSHIP

General Members: 2.01. General members of the Corporation are individuals who support the mission and purposes of the organization. General members shall have no voting rights except as otherwise provided by law or the Articles of Incorporation.

ARTICLE THREE - BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Power and Duties: 3.01. The activities and affairs of the Corporation shall be managed by its Board of Directors. The Board shall have all powers necessary to guide the spiritual and educational direction of the organization.

Composition: 3.02. The Board shall consist of at least three (3) but no more than seven (7) directors.
